Beautiful ivory and gold ballgown with straight strapless neckline is trimmed with matching buttons and belt. Corset back fastening.
Made from heavy cotton with metallic thread. 
 
Optional changes to colour, sleeve, necklines, and fastenings can be completed to your requirements for an additional cost, please contact us to discuss changes you would like to make before purchasing.

    Refund/returns

    we can not accept any returns on customized orders. Customized orders cannot be returned for any reason. Customized orders are final sale. All Dresses are newly made to order. A few things to remember about custom dresses:

    Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses.

    Make sure you triple-check all your measurements and colour choice!

    While we made the dress according to your measurements, it is only the basic custom sizing, another alteration will be necessary to get the dress fit like a glove. To provide additional assistance, we offer a limited alteration reimbursement for only our custom size orders. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the dress.

    We offer limited alterations reimbursement for only our custom sizes (up to max of £100). You must send us a receipt for alteration from the UK registered business and we will be happy to refund your alterations fee.

    Cancellation of order

    • Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
    • Cancel order 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
    • Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
    • Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
    • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
