COVID Procedures
We have put in place a set of protocols and procedures in line with the UK Government guidelines which are constantly updating. We will adhere to this 100% at all times and we politely ask you to do the same.
Prior to your arrival, you can be assured that the entire premises will have been deep cleaned, all points of contact will have been disinfected. Gowns will have been steamed and we ask that guests do not touch any of the dresses to minimize contact.
There will be full social distancing measures in place throughout your visit with designated positions marked on the floor for you and your guests to maintain an appropriate distance from staff and vice versa.
As always, you will be the only bride in the boutique, and the shop will be closed during your appointment. We will not allow anyone to enter the boutique without an appointment.
Following government guidelines, face coverings must be worn by Staff and anyone who enters our boutique. This is now compulsory for everyone in the UK, anyone exempt from wearing a mask will not be allowed to enter.
Upon arrival, we ask that you sanitize your hands using the contact-free hand sanitizer dispenser on our way as you enter the boutique. Staff will be regularly sanitizing and wearing gloves throughout your visit. You are more than welcome to apply extra sanitizer at our 2 sanitizing stations during your time with us to ensure maximum cleanliness.
We will still be able to help you with your dress in the changing room, as we will be wearing the appropriate PPE.
Our New Normal
Congratulations on your engagement and thank you so very much for choosing to shop with us at Beautiful Brides Liverpool, and for letting us be a part of your wedding celebrations.
Things have changed for everyone lately, and of course, our priority in at Beautiful Brides Liverpool is the safety of everyone who walks through our doors.
Our previous normal appointments have been replaced with the ‘new’ normal appointments. Not that any of our appointments are what you would expect of a bridal boutique. I’m sure you will have seen from our reviews we’re a bit extra, don’t talk sizing or dieting, and always have fun.
We do however want everyone to feel as safe as possible. Our team has been COVID trained, cleanliness standards are still top-notch, with more frequent cleaning intervals between appointments. As always you will be the only bride in the boutique with our staff during your entire appointment.
You are more than welcome to bring guests, however, we do ask that for now, you keep it to a minimum of 3. There is plenty of space in the boutique to enable social distancing measures to be in place for yourself, our staff, and a maximum of three guests.
